Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are idyllic vacation spots, green jewels set adrift in a blue ocean. Unfortunately, marijuana remains illegal on both islands despite state law allowing patients to use it medically.
Geoff Rose, an islander and founder of Patient-Centric is working to change that. He has applied for a license to cultivate and sell marijuana, though the process isn’t without its challenges.
