Whether you’re a fan of the actor or not, you’ll probably be interested in hearing about Jim Belushi’s farm’s new product line. After all, this is the same man who’s a “Micro-doser” and uses ayahuasca. And now he’s created a product line of “super pot” concentrates. Here are some of the details.
Dan Aykroyd is a Friend
Among the numerous friends of Jim Belushi Farm is the actor Dan Aykroyd. Dan Aykroyd has starred in many films and is a well-known comedic actor. He has also co-founded the Crystal Head Vodka brand. He has also donated his time and talent to several causes.
Dan Aykroyd began his career with a number of films including Driving Miss Daisy (1988), Grosse Pointe Blank (1997), and Trading Places (1983). He has worked with some of the biggest comedy names in the business including Michael Bay, Adam Sandler, Jayne Eastwood, and Steven Spielberg. He has also co-starred with Jamie Lee Curtis and Eddie Murphy.
Dan Aykroyd has also co-founded the House of Blues. The House of Blues began as a blues club, then evolved into a successful franchise. Dan Aykroyd has played a variety of roles and has hosted the House of Blues radio hour. He has also performed in a number of House of Blues venues.
He Smokes Cannabis
Known for his roles on Saturday Night Live, Jim Belushi is now growing his own cannabis. He owns a 93-acre farm in Eagle Point, Oregon. His farm produces three products. He also has a TV show called Growing Belushi that airs on the Discovery Channel. It’s a three-part series that shows viewers the process of building a legal marijuana farm.
The show aired last January, and it took viewers behind the scenes of Belushi’s farm. The second episode will air in August. It features guest stars, like comedian Dan Aykroyd and celebrity chef Guy Fieri.
Jim Belushi has been cultivating his own cannabis for several years. He started out with a medical grow, but he quickly moved to a full recreational farm with multiple indoor and outdoor gardens. He’s now selling carefully curated strains. His goal is to have 100 pounds of cannabis ready to be delivered to Nectar in Portland.
Jim Belushi says he isn’t a heavy marijuana user. He prefers microdoses and prefers strains with high levels of terpenes. He does take cannabis edibles at night. However, he hasn’t tried some of the more potent strains.
He Uses Ayahuasca
93-acre cannabis farm in Southern Oregon. Celebrity actor, comedian, musician, and cannabis enthusiast Jim Belushi began cultivating cannabis plants in 2015.
Belushi’s Farm is located in Southern Oregon’s Banana Belt. The property has 93 acres of cannabis planted across the Rogue River. The farm has produced several cannabis products such as Captain Jack’s Gulzar Afghanica, a rare strain from the Hindu Kush region.
Jim Belushi’s Farm has a greenhouse in the works. The greenhouse will be a large indoor garden that will include fans, supplemental lights, and humidifiers. It will also have a wet wall.
Belushi’s Farm produces three brands. One is the Blues Brothers Working Man’s Brand, which is a 0.7g pre-roll pack. Another is the Secret Stash, which is a full-spectrum extract. These products are sold at select dispensaries in Oregon.
Jim’s Farm also has a partnership with Zachery Oakes. The latter’s strains are designed to represent Jim’s point of view, while the former doesn’t offer high THC levels.
He’s a “Micro-doser”
During the afternoon of my visit to Belushi’s Farm, I had the opportunity to spend some time with Belushi. He is a “micro-doser,” which is someone who partakes in marijuana for personal use. He has been drinking ayahuasca, a ceremonial brew of psychoactive plants, for the last 10 years. He admits that his marijuana-growing operation has helped him heal psychological trauma.
He and his cousin, Chris Karakosta, sell marijuana for a weekly market price. Their staff ranges from 12 to 15 people, depending on the season. They keep the plants alive and well and produce tasty marijuana. In addition to cannabis, Belushi also owns a cannabis brand called Working Man’s Brand.
Belushi believes that marijuana has helped him overcome his addiction to opiates. In fact, when he was diagnosed with PTSD after returning from the Afghan war, he chose marijuana over opiates. He struggled to connect with his family and was given an Oxycontin prescription, which helped him cope with his PTSD symptoms, but didn’t fix his addiction to opiates.
